Feels Heavenly
Though rose quartz is already a naturally cool mineral, I opt to store this mask in my refrigerator. The added cooling feels delicious against both overused, fatigued eyes and the periorbital region where fluids easily accumulate giving a puffy appearance that make women look many years older than their true age. An unexpected enjoyable sensation is the weight of the mask. It’s not uncomfortably heavy, but rather creates a pleasant pressure that I find to be so relaxing and refreshing. My only concern is that quartz is an inherently heavier mineral and the individual pieces that compose the mask are bound together by what looks and feels like some manner of lightweight twine/thread. It both looks and feels fragile. As such, I handle it with extreme care.
